Welcome Home.  Soon, you will find a lot of information, including archived copies of our e-newsletters, in formats that you may downlaod and print at your convenience. This will allow us to share more timely information, to reduce the costs of paper printing and the fees associated with using the postal service. 
Printed copies of newsletters will be available at the front guard house. Eventually, we would like to go completely paperless. This is the first step.

So, take a moment to register then guide us with your thoughts about what to include next and how we can improve all aspects of life in Southwind. You can forward your comments and suggestions to Melinda Merkle at merkle5@aol.com. We hope you use the site often and suggest it to our neighbors.

The neighborhoods of Windemere and The Fairways both have homeowner associations in addition to the Southwind Residential Property Association. The Winderly neighborhood, with over 133 homes, has the largest organized social network.  The Gardens of Southwind, Club Breeze and The Island are informally organized.  We are in the process of creating committees and organizing neighborhoods to create more interaction among neighbors, the board and TIC Southwind.
