Front Guardhouse Renovation
Renovation of the front guard house will be taking place between January 30th and February 17th. A temporary trailer office will be set up just outside the guard house and this will necessitate the closure of the inside entry lane for the duration of the project.
Residents may want to consider using the rear gate “resident only” entrance for quicker entrance onto the property. All guests and service providers will still need to enter through the front gate. Please make sure you have the Southwind “S” sticker displayed in your window to speed up entry. They may be obtained from the front gate.
Exit lanes will not be affected.
