Zero-Lot Homes

  • The Fairways – One of the most charming streets in Southwind, Gallery Drive is a heavily landscaped street featuring a variety of home styles with a townhouse feel. Twenty-nine homes line each side of the street, ending in a neighborhood park overlooking the first tee and fairway of TPC Southwind. A separate neighborhood association formed by Fairways’ residents funds extra landscaping for the common median of the street and entry area, front-yard maintenance throughout the year and neighborhood gatherings.
  • Windemere – Positioned behind imposing entry walls, the 22 homes in Windemere also contract with a landscape company for yearly yard maintenance. Nestled adjacent to the property line of TPC Southwind and the 10th tee and fairway of the golf course, Windemere is an eclectic collection of homes, generally slightly larger than other homes in the zero-lot neighborhoods.
  • The Villas – At the back of the development and adjoining the 17th hole from tee to green, the homes of the Villas share a common design theme. Clean lines and minimal yard space make these houses perfect for homeowners who prefer to spend their time pursuing a special hobby or travel. Entry and egress through the back gate of the community provide a quick route for the commute to and from work or to the great shopping in our area.

The Community of Winderly Place

A large community of 133 garden-style homes, Winderly Place contains heavily landscaped parks and common areas positioned strategically along the winding streets and coves of the neighborhood. Positioned at the front of the property, Winderly Place is convenient to the TPC Clubhouse and recreational facilities. Residents of Winderly Place enjoy luncheons, a book club and an annual Christmas party in addition to all Southwind community activities. Homes found in Winderly Place range from one-story to full two-story residences with small yards, which offer minimal upkeep.

The remaining homes and neighborhoods in Southwind

The remaining homes and neighborhoods in Southwind are of a more traditional style with larger lots and yards. Homes in this area of the Southwind community are positioned on approximately half-acre lots and are generally 4,000 square feet and larger. Landscaped coves and meandering streets contain custom-built homes of many varied styles. Many homes are adjacent to holes along the back side of the golf course, but all streets have neighborhood-owned and maintained common areas, pathways and walking trails allowing easy access to the TPC Southwind golf course, a feature especially desirable during the annual PGA Tour stop or for early morning or late afternoon walks along the cart paths.

  • The Island is a unique neighborhood encompassing 15 home sites and residences.  Envisioned and developed as a calm centerpiece for the Southwind community, these large homes all have a presence along the golf course between the 10th tee and fairway, the 11th “Island” hole, Southwind’s signature golf hole, and along the challenging final hole, No. 18. Tree-shaded yards and great views of the course make this neighborhood a premier location.
  • Club Breeze is a neat winding street of 16 traditional homes just across from the entry of TPC Southwind. Residents enjoy visiting at neighborhood gatherings throughout the year and the access to the Clubhouse and golf course is unparalleled.
  • The Estates are just as you might think – large homes on lots ranging from nearly an acre to an English mansion complete with more than eight acres of landscaped lakes and grounds, including an outdoor basketball court!
  • The Gardens of Southwind is a quiet neighborhood positioned between the 18th hole and the TPC practice range. Homes are large, yards are small and the golfing views and access are exciting.
