Life in Southwind Means Peace of Mind.
Life in Southwind means you get a familiar “hello” from a member of the Access Control Team that man the front guard gate. There is a reassuring feeling when you drive through the front and rear gates that life becomes a little calmer and that you have discretion on who is considered for entry. Access control personnel at the front gate monitor guests and service personnel for clearance and those not pre-cleared by residents are denied entry. Each year our access control team provides 24-hour monitoring of residential areas and travels over 50,000 miles within Southwind. Construction starts soon on a guard gate at the back entrance to improve the access control component of life in Southwind and your peace of mind.
Life in Southwind Means Protection of Your Interests.
Enforcing the covenants of Southwind, maintaining the economic integrity of the development and always enhancing the quality of life are top priorities for Southwind Residential Property Association (SRPA) board members. This homeowner-elected board is renewed with members each year in an annual election and homeowner meeting. Staggered terms allow the volunteer board to make informed decisions about the infrastructure and the overall condition of Southwind as a property to better suit your needs.
